What makes your faith more credible than the next schmoes faith?

There are many different people who have believe in many different Gods. Some of them had faith so strong they sacrificed their children to the Gods. If faith is all you have to go on, what make your faith more credible?

Faith is very personal. It is something people can personally identify with in their lives to give meaning in the world, peace of mind, comfort etc. No matter if you are Christian, Muslim, Jew, Buddhist etc, no matter what the teachings are, it all goes back to the one idea and one purpose. There’s no such thing as ‘credible faith’ unless we were to get divine intervention. Otherwise, whatever people have faith in and believe in, this should be respected. And rather than criticizing or comparing, we should be open and accept our neighbours no matter what their faith.
